Everything revolves around the cherry blossoms in Japan during springtime. It is a quintessential time to be in Japan. How best to celebrate this? Certainly by spending time under the trees enjoying the blossoms. How about a treat to enjoy? This is a rice cake wrapped in a cherry leaf. Some people don't like the flavor of the leaf and remove it. The leaf is strong flavored but the treat is a great way to celebrate cherry blossoms in Japan.
